3. Collection and storage of personal data a) When visiting the website
   My website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. (Wix.com Ltd., Nemal St. 40, 6350671 Tel Aviv, Israel). Wix stores data on secure servers and is GDPR compliant. When you visit my website, certain data is automatically collected, including: IP address, date and time of access, browser type and operating system, and referrer URL. This data is processed solely for the technical provision and operation of the website.
   
   Contacting me: If you contact me via the contact form, the WhatsApp button, or by email, your provided data (e.g., name, email address, phone number, content of the inquiry) will be stored for processing. I will not share this data without your consent.

4. Cookies
My website uses cookies to enable certain functions (e.g., security, language selection, statistics). You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are being set and to allow them only in individual cases. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of the website.

5. Web analytics & Wix statistics
To improve my website, I use the integrated Wix Analytics features. This collects anonymous data about user behavior (e.g., page views, visit duration). This data does not allow for any direct identification of individuals and is processed by Wix in compliance with the GDPR.

6. Social media & external links, Instagram
My website includes links to my Instagram profile. Clicking on these links establishes a direct connection between your browser and Instagram's servers (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Instagram can then track that you have visited my site. I receive no information about your activity on Instagram. Please refer to Instagram's privacy policy.

WhatsApp button
For quick contact, a WhatsApp button is integrated. Using this button establishes a direct connection to WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Personal data (e.g., IP address, time) will be transmitted in the process. Use of this button is voluntary. You can also contact me at any time via email at info@quitesimple.at.

7. Storage duration
I only store personal data for as long as it is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. Contact requests are deleted after processing, unless there is a legal obligation to retain them.

8. Your rights
You are generally entitled to the following rights (according to the GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can complain to me (info@quitesimple.at) or to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

I implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. The website is provided exclusively via an SSL-encrypted connection (https).
